The restaurant was amazing, the atmosphere is soothing and so refreshing. The menu is curated so everyone will find something to eat and everything is fresh. I have celiacs disease and I made the waiter aware of it, he was so helpful and he made sure my food was prepared without cross contamination. He explained they take allergies and celiacs very seriously so they have an excellent protocol. There are substitutions that can be made to dishes to make them gluten free and honestly I could not tell the difference. I had the Truman which is pasta with garlic, bacon in a butternut sauce with Parmesan and garlic. The portion was more than plentiful and the pasta was nice and fresh and so delicious for being GF. The pizzas are the only thing on the menu that are not available for GF. I will be coming back over and over again.

I can't say enough good things about TruFire Kitchen! The food is always consistently delicious, incredibly fresh, and the portions are great for the price. The atmosphere and aesthetics are just so inviting and well-curated—it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service truly elevates the experience even further. The manager, Rachel, is absolutely incredible; she is always on the floor helping out, interacting with guests, and consistently has a warm smile on her face. I was so impressed that she even remembered a conversation we had two weeks ago—that kind of personal touch is rare and really makes you feel valued. The rest of the team is just as wonderful. We’ve had May and Savannah as our waitresses, and both were incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure our dining experience was perfect. It’s so refreshing to find such a genuinely caring and on-point team. Highly recommend!

Edit: On second visit, we ordered the same exact pizza for two people in our party and they came out drastically different. One was sopping wet and the other was dry and almost burnt. We asked our waitress how it's supposed to be cooked and she gave us an attitude about how the wet soggy one with the almost raw dough was the way the pizza is supposed to be and didnt even offer to fix either pizzas for us. Clark was the best attendant to our dinner. He made some great recommendations our table didnt even think to try and we had an amazing dinner. Even better service and our food came out quick, hot, and fresh!!

TruFire never disappoints! The food is beyond words, and the service is always exceptional. Our server was amazing and kept a close eye on our table. The only downside was our table location. Being tucked away behind a large group and so close to the restroom felt a bit off. I'd almost suggest removing that table entirely to give the space more breathing room. Still, it’s one of my favorite spots, and I'll definitely be back!

I liked this place OK. But I’m in my Mid 50s. It was too dark and too loud for me. But the food was great, and the service was really good both in the dining room, and at the bar. I probably would not go back unless I had friends that want to go there. I think it’s better suited for young people. Or younger than myself, I should say. Lol. We had the mac & cheese for an appetizer, and we all ordered the spicy noodles for an entrée. Both of them were exceptional. I would recommend to friends and family, But I would tell them that it’s really dark and kind of loud on the weekends.
